  • Rooted in the rich cultural tapestry of ​Item in Bende Local Government ​Area, my heritage is a blend of ​vibrant traditions and community ​values. Item is renowned for its lively ​festivals, strong communal bonds, and ​a deep respect for cultural practices.


Item is a village in Bende Local Government Area of Abia ​State, Nigeria, known for its rich culture, traditions, and ​vibrant community life. Historically, the roots of the Item ​people trace back to Potopo, a place between Ohafia in Abia ​State and Biakpan in Cross River State. This historical ​connection is reflected in the dialects, customs, and cultural ​similarities they share with neighboring communities like ​Afikpo, Edda, Nkporo, Alayi, and Ozuitem​

  • Growing up in Item, I learned the ​importance of community, resilience, ​and respect for elders. Our ​traditions, such as traditional dances ​and communal feasts, celebrate our ​unity and cultural pride.

The community is governed traditionally, with the Okpi Stool ​symbolizing paramount rulership. The Okpi serves as the ​head of the executive, legislature, and judiciary, embodying ​the central figure in the Item traditional system. This ​governance structure has been stable and effective even before ​colonial influence

From starting as a client service representative to becoming a Client Service Analyst, my ​career has been marked by significant achievements in enhancing client satisfaction and ​implementing successful customer relationship strategies. At Pension Alliance Limited, I ​excelled in providing timely and accurate support to clients, ensuring seamless processing of ​payments and enhancing client satisfaction through meticulous follow-ups and effective ​communication. My role in Jumia Nigeria, Access Bank and currently PAL Pensions ​involved preparing detailed reports, managing inbound and outbound calls, and participating ​in cross-functional teams to streamline operations.


Educational Achievements

My academic journey includes an MBA in Marketing and a BSC in Communication and Media ​Studies from Ajayi Crowther University and also HND from Federal Polyethnic Nekede Owerri ​in Imo State. Additionally, I have earned certifications in Customer Service Relationship ​Management, Human Resources Management, and Digital Marketing, which have been ​instrumental in shaping my professional path.
